Not sure if they are aware that someone working for them is trying to poach their own potential bridal clients. I called and asked if they did on site hair and makeup. Was told no but then she said well I do but its outside the shop and I could give you my number. Red flag number one and i should have stopped right there. She told me her name which I will leave out of the review as a kindness, gave me her number, and we hung up. Though i do have screenshots and the number should owners/management want. I sent a text to that number again restating I was looking for bridal party hair and make up. She sent me a quote and a bunch of photos of updos she had done. The quote was substantially lower than others I have recieved up until this point. Red flag number 2. I restated what I needed and for how many people and got back I only do hair. I go onto the website to double check as I thought the initial page I saw said make up and there in black and white full hair and make up are in salon services that she could have offered me, which granted, I could have declined but the offer was never made. Just an attempt to get me to go outside the salon to not include the services I inquired about. So the staff member I interacted with didn't listen to my needs, tried to book me outside the company, and has turned me away from using the salon. I cannot in good conscious work with a company when I feel there is so many red flags. I called to get quotes for services, not for fishy run arounds.
